The Muskegon Area Responsible Beverage Taskforce (MARBST) is group that includes public health, alcohol retailers & distributors, law enforcement and others interested in reducing intoxicated driving, underage sales and other problems associated with the inappropriate sale or service of alcohol.
Some of the taskforce activities include:
- Providing and promoting responsible beverage service training
- Developing training materials for employees and staff that sell and serve alcohol
- Collecting and sharing data
Meetings are held quarterly and information is often shared via e-mail.
