In partnership with MSU Extension Service, WIC provides participants the opportunity to take part in Project FRESH. Project FRESH is an educational program providing WIC participants with coupons to purchase locally grown fresh fruits and vegetables at participating farmers' markets. 2008 Project FRESH will take place in July and August.
WIC participants will need to bring their WIC folders with them. Project FRESH coupons are issued on a first come, first served basis to WIC participants (infants are not eligible for Project FRESH coupons). There are a limited number of coupons available.
